I sense the centralized, monolithic search model from Google or uTube is ready to fall apart. I sense that “the techno-edge effect” is beginning to assert itself on the search model. Only few people seem to see it.

If any of you track how “Judy Consumer” is faring with the new BING, you will know that “Judy Consumer” recently dinged BING for its lack of delivery on its “decision engine” promise. Now “Judy Marketing Geek” explains why she is also down on the BING campaign.

With the DOJ breathing down Google’s neck, maybe it can do things differently than AT&T did 20 years ago. Maybe Google can keep its cool by showing us all how to be a well balanced company, big enough to stay strong & innovative but not too big that it drowns in its own grandeur and bureaucracy.
